About the role:

You’ll be working as part of a dedicated team supporting children with autism and associated needs. Your work will involve a mix of educational, therapeutic, and personal care support – helping young people to reach their full potential.

Whether you’re supporting in the classroom, on residential units, or out in the community, every shift offers the chance to make a real difference.

Shifts available:

• 08:00-20:00

• 08:30-15:00

• 15:00-20:00

• 21:00-08:00 (waking night)

Ideal for:

Experienced support workers, teaching assistants, or those from youth work or SEN backgrounds – but full training is provided, so passionate and resilient individuals from other walks of life are encouraged to apply.
