Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for flexible, rewarding work across Southampton and the surrounding areas?

We’ve been trusted by local authorities and private organisations for over 25 years to deliver tailored, high-quality support. Due to increasing demand across the Hampshire region, we’re expanding our team of dedicated and reliable Support Workers.

You’ll have the opportunity to support children, young people, families and adults with learning disabilities in a range of settings – including residential homes, unregulated placements, supervised contact, supported living and domiciliary care. Every placement is different, offering meaningful and impactful work.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 1 year of UK-based experience in health and social care

• A compassionate, professional approach

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
