About the role – As a Supported Living Manager you will be responsible for 2 houses, providing hands on support as well as management responsibilities. Duties include performance management, budgeting, compliance, supervisions, staff training and development, maximizing local community integration, liaison with local authorities and families and act as a role model.
Qualifications and Experience required -.For this Supported Living Manager role you need experience of working in the learning disability field, be an experienced man-manager, have a good understanding of the industry regulations and a Level 2 in health and safety and be committed to work towards the QCF Level 5.
