Supported Living Manager – Learning Disability and Autism Services

Annual Salary: £13.65 – £13.90 per hour – £26,617.50 – £27,105.00 (based on qualifications and experience)
Location: Durham

This company is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supported Living Manager to oversee high-quality support services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The Role:

  • Manage and supervise a team to deliver individualised, person-centred support.
  • Ensure service users receive a fulfilling, valued life and are actively engaged in the community.
  • Develop and implement support plans tailored to each individual’s needs, promoting independence, wellbeing, and personal growth.
  • Directly manage the quality of care, ensuring compliance with Creative Support, CQC, and Service Commissioners’ standards.
  • Provide staff supervision, coaching, and development to foster high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with families, professionals, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of three years’ experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other support needs.
  • At least two years’ experience supervising staff or managing services in a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to foster warm, trusting relationships with service users and staff alike.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the service’s needs.
