Surveyor – Property Services Team
Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum
Location: Stockport (with national travel)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Are you an experienced Surveyor with a strong knowledge of building construction and maintenance? This organisation is looking for a skilled property professional to join their Property Services Team, playing a key role in managing and maintaining their extensive portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
The Role:
- Conduct property surveys and inspections, identifying maintenance and repair needs.
- Prepare specifications for works, including reactive maintenance and refurbishment projects.
- Work with contractors and consultants, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee tendering processes, ensuring value for money and high standards of work.
- Line manage and support the Property Services Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety, energy efficiency, and health and safety requirements.
- Travel extensively across the country, visiting sites as required.

Who We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Surveyor (accredited professional or vocational qualification).
- Proven experience in building surveys, property inspections, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, fire safety, energy efficiency, and property maintenance.
- Experience managing contractors, consultants, and maintenance programmes.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
