Team Leader – Learning Disabilities
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £13.80 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible shifts including evenings and weekends)

The Role:

• Provide person-centred support, ensuring service users live fulfilling and valued lives.
• Manage and lead a dedicated team, promoting best practices in care and support.
• Oversee health and wellbeing initiatives, including medication management and lifestyle support.
• Develop and implement care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies.
• Foster positive relationships with service users, their families, and external professionals.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and contractual obligations.

• At least two years’ experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
• Supervisory experience in a care or support setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A commitment to person-centred care and promoting independence.
