Position – Team Leader

Employment type – Permanent

Location – Headington, Oxfordshire

Salary – £27,088 to £28,746 p.a. plus £60.00 for sleep-ins

Hours – 37.5 per week. Mainly Monday to Friday working days with flexibility to do supervisions very occasionally at night and the weekend.

About the role – As a Team Leader, you will lead and support a team of support workers to deliver high quality care. Duties include managing the rota, supervisions, training and hands on care.

Qualifications and Experience required – You will need a UK manual driving license, be happy to attend manager meeting at different locations, resilience, and a nature problem solver, have leadership experience and a background of working with the same client group.
