We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Team Leader to join a team of dedicated childcare workers in Southampton. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of Residential Childcare Workers, as well as providing direct care to the children in our home. This will include overseeing the development and implementation of individualised care plans, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Support Worker in a residential childcare setting, a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People’s Workforce, and a passion for providing child-centred care. In addition, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining a safe and positive environment for children. This role is a full-time permanent position with sleep-ins paid at an additional £66 per night.
