Team Leader – Rough Sleeper Prevention

Annual Salary: £27,000
Location: Exeter
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) – 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

About You:

• Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for business purposes.
• Have experience working with vulnerable adults or those with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
• Be proactive, compassionate, and committed to creating positive change.
