Position – Care Manager

Employment type – Permanent

Location -Horsham, West Sussex

Salary – £35,000 to £40,000 p.a

Hours – 9.00am to 5.30pm

About the role – As a Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the team, overseeing 110 staff members who serve 150 customers. The aim is to create a caring environment for the services customers by implementing high standards of care and support. Duties include ensuring compliance is adhered to, staff management and training, liaison with customers, their families and other external agencies.

Qualifications and Experience required – You will need extensive experience in domiciliary care. Proven leadership skills in managing and leading a team. 3. NVQ Level 5 certification. In-depth knowledge of CQC compliance and regulations.
