We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to join our team at Prospero Health and Social Care. Providing a nurturing and supportive home that delivers a safe and stable environment for young people.
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Provide overnight supervision and emotional support to one young person in in the home.
- Ensure a calm, safe, and structured environment throughout the night.
- Monitor and record well-being observations, incidents, and nightly routines.
- Liaise with day staff to maintain consistent care through effective handovers.
- Support with bedtime routines and any required interventions during the night.
- Complete light domestic duties to help maintain a clean and welcoming home.
What We’re Looking For:
- 12 months paid experience within the health and social care sector (working with children and young adults)
- Must be able to drive and has business insurance
- Happy to travel
- Accommodation provided
- Reliable, flexible and compassionate
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people (desired but not essential)
- Social Care registered
